Responsible Declaration

To comply with the Veri*Factu regulation, all billing software must include a responsible declaration certifying that the system complies with the requirements. This responsible declaration must be available in a readable format within the software itself and accessible to the user quickly, easily, and intuitively.

The responsible declaration must contain, among other data: the name of the IT system, an identification code, full version identifier, a brief description, whether it operates exclusively as a Veri*Factu system, the corporate name and tax identification number of the producing entity, and complete postal contact address.

To help third-party applications meet this requirement, SDH provides a web page that contains all this information.

Therefore, it is suggested to include a link to the Responsible Declaration in an "About" section of the third-party application, using an icon such as the following (example icons available here):
