Invoicing
The Veri*Factu regulation establishes that all issued invoices must include:
- A QR code for the invoice, allowing verification with the AEAT, following the technical specifications, along with an indication that it is a fiscal code.
- A text indicating that the invoice was issued in Veri*Factu mode.
Both elements must be placed according to the following requirements.
Text Indicating Veri*Factu Mode
SDH only supports VeriFactu Mode. Therefore, all invoices issued must include one* of the following phrases in the printed document:
- VERI*FACTU.
- Invoice verifiable at the AEAT electronic headquarters.
QR Code
The QR code must meet the following requirements:
- It must always be preceded by the words "QR tributario" placed above the image, allowing it to be distinguished from any other QR codes present on the invoice.
- Its size must be between 30×30 mm and 40×40 mm.
- A margin of 6 mm must be maintained around the image.
- If an invoice contains more than one page, the QR must appear on the first page.
Position
Depending on the orientation of the invoice, the QR code must be placed in a specific location, but always at the beginning of the invoice.
The following images illustrate how the QR code must be printed.
