Invoicing

The TicketBAI regulation establishes that all issued invoices must include:

  • A QR code for the invoice, allowing verification with the Administration, following the technical specifications, along with an indication that it is a fiscal code.
  • A text indicating that the invoice was issued in TicketBAI mode.

Both elements must be placed according to the following requirements.

Text indicating the mode

The TicketBAI Identifier (TicketBAIResult.IdTicketBAI) returned by SDH must be indicated.

  • The TicketBAI code must be included on a single line, with the QR code below it.
  • The font type and size of the TicketBAI code must be similar to the rest of the invoice or receipt, ensuring its legibility for the recipient.
  • If the TicketBAI code cannot be included on a single line, multiple consecutive lines are permitted. The last character of each line, except the last, must be a hyphen (-).

QR Code

The QR code must meet the following requirements:

  • Its size must be between 30×30 mm and 40×40 mm.
  • A margin of 6 mm must be maintained around the image.
  • If an invoice contains more than one page, the QR must appear on the last page.

Position

Depending on the orientation of the invoice, the QR code must be placed in a specific location, but always at the beginning of the invoice. The following images illustrate how the QR code must be printed.
